MACHINE COMMUNICATION

This module includes mechanisms and interfaces allowing for communication of the system with industrial scales, production machines and devices. It supports data exchange according to JMF/JDF standard. It is also possible to equip any devices unable to use JMF/JDF in sensors and instruments communicating directly with the module. Thus, it is possible to integrate all production stations in the company with the system, regardless of its’ equipment or technological advancement.

• Elimination of errors resulting from manually entering data into CTP systems.

ERP SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

HiFlow allows for cooperation with a number of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV) which provides the customer with a complete control over all business areas. HiFlow is equipped with mechanisms that allow for a direct exchange of information with specific ERP systems. HiFlow system automatically export data to the ERP, using specific define export methods.

BUYER INTEGRATION

This module is used for communication with different systems of product buyers, using the EDI standard. HiFlow may automatically communicate with any buyer’s ERP system and submit such documents as electronic purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents etc. It allows employees of cooperating companies to be relieved of simple and repeatable operations and save time previously wasted for traditional communication.
