Company brings practical AI workflows and emerging Agentic ERP capabilities to label and packaging industry leaders.
MIAMI, FL — October 12, 2026 — HiFlow Solutions will showcase its vision for AI-Powered ERP That Does Real Work at the TLMI Annual Meeting 2026, October 25–27 at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As label and packaging manufacturers look for new ways to increase productivity, address workforce challenges and manage increasingly complex operations, HiFlow is focused on a practical question: Why are people still doing work their ERP should be doing for them?
At the TLMI Products & Services Showcase, HiFlow will demonstrate how AI can become part of everyday ERP workflows, helping reduce repetitive administrative work and giving employees more time to focus on activities requiring their expertise.
“Everyone is talking about AI, but for converters the important question is what it can actually do inside their operation,” said Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO of HiFlow Solutions. “Our focus is on applying AI to real workflows—reading information, turning it into usable ERP data and helping move work forward without requiring employees to repeatedly enter and process the same information.”
From System of Record to System of Action
HiFlow is advancing ERP beyond its traditional role as a system for recording business activity. By incorporating AI-enabled workflows and specialized AI Agents, the company is developing an environment where ERP can increasingly interpret information, execute defined steps and assist users in completing everyday business processes.
HiFlow recently introduced its AI Quote Agent, which provides a conversational approach to estimating. Users can talk to AI Quote Agent, which will ask for all the necessary parameters and prepare a quote for them in the HiFlow ERP/MIS system.

The objective is not to replace the people running packaging operations, but to reduce the repetitive administrative work competing for their time.

Built for How Converters Are Evolving
HiFlow combines these emerging AI capabilities with more than 26 years of packaging industry experience and a flexible ERP platform supporting label, flexible packaging, folding carton, corrugated and commercial print operations.
“Many converters are expanding beyond a single product or process while dealing with tighter labor resources and greater demands for operational visibility,” said Alfonso Hernandez, VP of Sales at HiFlow Solutions. “Technology has to keep pace with that change. We want to give companies a platform that can adapt with them while helping their teams work more productively.”
TLMI Annual Meeting attendees can meet with HiFlow during the Products & Services Showcase to discuss their current ERP challenges and see how AI-powered workflows can help their operations do more with the resources they already have.
