HiFlow’s ERP for labels & flexible packaging, six working AI workflows and a conversational AI Agent to be demonstrated live at Booth 3131
Miami, FL | August 27 – HiFlow Solutions, a provider of ERP/MIS for label and packaging manufacturers, will demonstrate its AI-enabled platform, HiFlow ERP, at LOUPE Americas 2026, September 15–17 in Chicago, Booth 3131.
HiFlow addresses operational challenges shaping LOUPE 2026
The challenges driving conversations at LOUPE — more SKUs, shorter runs, labor pressure, automation and AI, and expanding production capabilities — are changing what converters need from their ERP. HiFlow’s ERP platform is built to manage these pressures, while providing more productivity and profitability for converters.
At LOUPE, HiFlow will demonstrate its whole-operation approach to ERP for label and flexible packaging manufacturers. The AI-powered platform connects estimating, job and order management, production and warehouse operations with business management and analytics across the organization. HiFlow ERP eliminates manual work and workarounds that develop as operations become more complex, while giving converters the flexibility to add equipment, locations, products and production capabilities.
As converters add equipment, locations, product lines and new production capabilities—or enter adjacent markets—the same platform is designed to move with the business rather than become a constraint on what comes next.

AI embedded in multiple label converting workflows
HiFlow will show AI already operating within its ERP platform across six workflows for label converters: Estimate Processing, Order Processing, Supplier Delivery Processing, Supplier Price List Update Processing, BOL Processing and AP Processing.
“AI is quickly becoming a checkbox for every software company. But having AI isn’t the point. Is it actually removing work from your team? Is it eliminating manual processes? Is it helping you run your business better? That’s the standard we’re setting for AI inside HiFlow,” said Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO of HiFlow Solutions.
For HiFlow, that means applying AI to the routine, repetitive processes that still consume employee time across the operation.
“Our goal is for AI inside HiFlow ERP to reduce that manual work and the labor hours it consumes, freeing teams to focus on higher value tasks. At LOUPE, we can show that directly.”

HiFlow expands AI capabilities with estimating agent
In 2026, HiFlow expanded into agentic AI, introducing its first AI Agent — in estimating. The HiFlow AI Quote Agent lets users begin constructing an estimate through conversation, rather than the manual data entry traditionally required to start the process.
At Booth 3131, attendees can bring their own job specs, answer the Agent’s guided questions, and watch as it completes the estimate on the spot, in seconds.
“Talk to your ERP, and it builds the quote for you — no re-typing a spec, no digging through an inbox,” said Mariusz Sosnowski, CEO of HiFlow Solutions.
HiFlow sees the estimating agent interface as the starting point for a broader evolution in how users interact with ERP. “Agentic AI is where we believe this industry is heading, and we intend to stay at the forefront of that innovation,” Sosnowski said. “We’re starting with estimating, but the vision is bigger — a future where users interact directly with every part of HiFlow, not just navigate screens and menus. This is just the beginning.”
