Our Story
24 Years of software development experience in packaging and manufacturing software — and a family run business
Founded by two brothers, Mariusz and Adam Sosnowski, in 1999, the software company found a niche in the packaging manufacturing industry.
In the early 2000s, information gathering for most plants was like herding cats. It was slow, paper-based, worker dependent and not always accurate. The brothers Sosnowski knew technology would absolutely revolutionize packaging and label printing plants. So with Mariusz’s prowess as a software engineer and Adam’s keen business sense, they marketed a unique production and business management system that brought automation, efficiency and deep data gathering to packaging and label manufacturing. They were approached by several label converters, who at the time wanted a custom solution designed specifically for label converters.
Based on Mariusz’s innovative design, the brothers created a system platform that integrated efficient IT solutions with production, warehouse and business workflows to deliver a scalable, vastly more efficient management system for these label companies. The concept caught on. The business grew. Soon, flexible packaging manufacturers, folding carton, cosmetics and pharmaceutical printers reached out to the company for solutions.
Today, HiFlow has expanded its innovative technology offerings to North America and Latin America. HiFlow has over one hundred fifteen customers and 5,400 users internationally. With a strong core team and over 50 developers and support staff, HiFlow is committed to helping packaging manufacturers increase efficiencies and embrace future growth providing unique solutions for each unique business.
